The process of effective management of a motor transport logistics company (MTLC) has its own specific features of management and achieving an effective result. A block diagram of the MTLC management methodology is presented. The groups of controlling influence on a motor transport logistics enterprise are considered, which include management mechanisms and tools, target management functions of a motor transport logistics enterprise, have a favorable external disturbing influence and a negative internal influence on the final result.
