Рассмотрены условия развития кластеров в малолесной зоне ЦФО. Отмечено, что здесь наблюдается развитая рыночная среда, конкурентная среда, институциональная среда, производственная среда. Оценка факторных условий для формирования кластера лесного сектора малолесного региона показала, что этот кластер может быть образован как совокупность подкластеровглубокой переработки древесины, рекреационного лесопользования, лесоагроландшафта и зеленых технологий,экологического лесоводства, находящихся в сетевом взаимодействии, в результате которого создается конечный продукт с высокой добавленной стоимостью.

The conditions for the development of clusters in sparsely zone of Central Federal District. It is noted that here there is a developed market environment, the competitive environment, the institutional environment, the work environment. The rating factor conditions for the formation of the cluster of the forest sector with low forest cover in the region has shown that the cluster can be formed as a set of subclusters deep wood processing, recreation, forestry, lesoagroland-shafta and green technologies, ecological forestry, are in networking, in which creates a final product with high added value.
