    <p>В условиях постоянного увеличения теплозащитных характеристик наружных ограждающих конструкций в соответствии с нормативной базой Республики Беларусь на проектирование зданий на стадии расчета теплового баланса помещений есть еще ситуации, когда потери тепла намного меньше, чем насчитали помещение теплового ввода и в этом случае все нагревательные нагрузка направляется на подогрев проник воздух, который должен прибыть спонтанно через наружные ограждения, но не прибыть в помещение из-за повышенной герметизации ограждающих конструкций. Дизайн-концепций для обеспечения энергии и эффективное ресурсов тепла и воздуха герметичный работ представлены в работе.</p>

    <p>In the conditions of constant increase of heat-shielding characteristics of external protecting designs according to standard base of Belarus at designing of buildings at a stage of calculation of thermal balance of premises  there are more situations when  heat loss is much less than counted premise of heat input  and in this case all heating loading is directed on heating of   infiltrated  air which should arrive spontaneously  through external protections, but does not arrive outside in a premise because of the raised hermetization of protecting designs. Design concepts to provide energy and resource efficient heat and air supply of   hermetic buildings are presented in work.&#13;

  <p>Systems of a heat supply and ventilation of buildings are the most power- and resource-intensive. The modern engineering equipment should provide safety and convenience in operating at its small cost, metal consumption, labor input of installation and the maximum industrialization of buildings. Now the basic attention is given to creation of new progressive technologies of a heat supply and air supply the many-stored inhabited and public buildings providing comfortable parameters of a microclimate by criteria energy - resource-saving and ecology.</p>
