OPTIMIZATION OF PARAMETERS OF ENERGY-EFFICIENT HYDRAULIC MECHANISM TURNING MANIPULATOR FOREST MACHINES

Abstract (English):
Presented multifactor optimization for studying the simultaneous effect of several factors to find the optimal combination of factors that enable to accumulate as much energy per operating cycle of the mechanism of rotation of the manipulator column while reducing pressure spikes and fluctuations of the load when changing modes. On the basis of preliminary estimates of computer experiments were chosen two parameters of fluid accumulator that affect the efficiency of energy-saving hydraulic drive: a working volume of fluid and battery charge pressure of the gas.
