Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to reducing bone mineral density (BMD) during the lactation period. After 6 months of lactation BMD in puerperal women was reduced in the spine by 1.89%, in the hip by 3.1%, in the distal radius by 1.9%.

Изменения процессов ремоделирования костной ткани у женщин при беременности и лактации в последнее время привлекают к себе все большее внимание. Беременность и их количество, лактация и ее длительность в настоящее время не рассматриваются в качестве факторов риска развития постменопаузального остеопороза [5,21].
