Abstract (English):
Dlya opredeleniya i prognozirovaniya veroyatnosti poyavleniya neblagopriyatnyh meteorologicheskih yavleniy i ih sochetaniy po raspredeleniyu veroyatnosti kazhdogo yavleniya byli provedeny kompleksnye eksperimental'nye issledovaniyavliyaniya pogodno-klimaticheskih usloviy razlichnyh regionov lesozagotovok na sostoyanie dorog, usloviya i rezhim dvizheniya transportnyh potokov. Kompleksnye eksperimental'nye issledovaniya zaklyuchalis' v vyyavlenii haraktera i predelov izmeneniya peremennyh parametrov v razlichnye periody goda i v razlichnyh pogodnyh usloviyah v zavisimosti ot tehnicheskogo urovnya dorog i ih inzhenernogo oborudovaniya, a takzhe izuchenii harakteristik transportnogo potoka v razlichnye vremena goda, vliyanii sostoyaniya dorog i usloviy pogody na rezhimy i bezopasnost' dvizheniya transportnyh potokov, izuchenii sovmestnogo vliyaniya dorozhnyh i meteorologicheskih usloviy, a takzhe parametrov transportnogo potoka na vyhodnye harakteristiki sistemy «dorozhnye usloviya – transportnyy potok» – skorost', bezopasnost' dvizheniya i propusknuyu sposobnost'. Na osnovanii provedennyh kompleksnyh eksperimental'nyh issledovaniy, opredelena veroyatnost' poyavleniya kazhdogo meteorologicheskogo faktora v otdel'nosti i vypolneny raschety matematicheskogo ozhidaniya meteorologicheskogo yavleniya v otdel'nosti i v sochetanii s drugimi meteoyavleniyami, opredeleno matematicheskoe ozhidanie veroyatnosti poyavleniya dvuh i bolee neblagopriyatnyh meteorologicheskih yavleniy, deystvuyuschih odnovremenno.Predlozhennaya metodika mozhet byt' ispol'zovana dlya opredeleniya i prognozirovaniya veroyatnosti poyavleniya neblagopriyatnyh meteorologicheskih yavleniy i ih sochetaniy po raspredeleniyu veroyatnosti kazhdogo yavleniya, deystvuyuschih odnovremenno i v sochetanii s drugimi meteoyavleniyami ot obschego kolichestva s vysokoy matematicheskoy tochnost'yu.
