Cel'yu raboty yavlyalos' aprobirovanie i podbor rodo-specificheskih par praymerov dlya dostovernoy identifikacii azotfiksiruyuschih mikroorganizmov – gramotricatel'nyh bakteriy roda Azospirillum. V hode raboty byla modificirovana metodika ekstrakcii summarnoy DNK izolyatov bakteriy iz ih biomassy – chistoy kul'tury. Provodilis' eksperimental'nye issledovaniya po podboru rodo-specificheskogo molekulyarnogo markera dlya nadezhnoy identifikacii. Byli optimizirovany i usloviya provedeniya polimerazno-cepnoy reakcii (PCR). Amplifikaciya summarnoy DNK bakteriy s praymerom Az16S-A F / Az16S-A R vyyavila u vseh izuchaemyh nomerov nalichie amplikona razmerom v 640 p. n., chto podtverzhdaet prinadlezhnost' vseh treh issleduemyh obrazcov k rodu Azospirillum. V rezul'tate provedennyh eksperimentov aprobirovan i otobran rodo-specificheskiy praymer Az16S-A F / Az16S-A R, pozvolivshiy vydelit' shtammy roda Azospirillum v chistoy kul'ture (3 shtamma). Poluchennye eksperimental'nye dannye po molekulyarnomu markeru pozvolyayut obrazcam shtammov, prinadlezhnost' kotoryh k dannomu rodu podtverzhdena PCR analizom, sluzhit' kak polozhitel'nym, tak i otricatel'nym kontrolem pri dal'neyshey rabote s bakteriyami.
