Dannaya rabota posvyaschena ocenke vliyaniya holodovogo stressa na fiziologicheskie parametry i geneticheskiy apparat selekcionno-cennyh sortov topolya. V hode issledovaniya provodilas' ocenka dinamiki raspuskaniya pochek i opredelenie ekspressii gena DREB2 u obrazcov razlichnyh sortov topolya, podvergnutyh iskusstvennomu promorazhivaniyu. Metodologiya postanovki opyta vklyuchala modelirovanie holodovogo stressa pri pomoschi nizkotemperaturnoy morozil'noy kamery, laboratornoe otraschivanie kontrol'nyh i promorozhennyh cherenkov v usloviyah iskusstvennogo osvescheniya. V dal'neyshem osuschestvlyalas' registraciya ontogeneticheskoy dinamiki raspuskaniya pochek. Pri sravnenii intensivnosti otrastaniya opytnyh i kontrol'nyh obrazcov vyyavleno, chto u nekotoryh sortov (‘Veduga’, ‘Bolid’) podvergnutye promorozke cherenki demonstriruyut bolee intensivnoe raspuskanie pochek, v to vremya kak drugie genotipy (‘Ivanteevskiy’, ‘ED-120’, ‘Kitayskiy’) proyavili otstavanie razlichnoy stepeni v skorosti raspuskaniya pochek promorozhennyh obrazov ot kontrol'nyh. Po rezul'tatam fenologicheskih nablyudeniy byli otobrany predstaviteli s kontrastnymi pokazatelyami (‘Sakrau’, ‘E.c.-38’ i ‘Volosistoplodnyy’) i podvergnuty dal'neyshemu izucheniyu na molekulyarno-geneticheskom urovne. Analiz pokazal povyshenie ekspressii gena DREB2 u dvuh opytnyh obrazcov sortov topolya (‘Volosistoplodnyy’ i ‘Sakrau’) posle vozdeystviya otricatel'nyh temperatur otnositel'no kontrol'nyh obrazcov. Promorazhivanie opytnyh rasteniy topolya ‘E.c.-38’ demonstrirovalo obratnyy rezul'tat. V celom mozhno zaklyuchit', chto nablyudenie dinamiki raspuskaniya pochek i ocenka ekspressii genov yavlyaetsya dostatochno informativnym markerom dlya izucheniya vliyaniya holodovogo stressa, odnako dlya utochneniya svyazi fenologicheskih parametrov s ekspressiey genov stressoustoychivosti trebuyutsya dopolnitel'nye issledovaniya.
