Abstract (English):
High competitiveness of the domestic economy is a large-scale national strategic objective. Its solution is possible with the help of an active and dynamic industrial policy that takes into account the stage of development of civilization society, levels of social and economic development, the stage of the life cycle of a particular type of economic activity. Significant impact on the content of industrial policy has established the specificity of the institutional environment of the society, as well as structural characteristics of the economy.

Профессор Гарвардского университета Д. Родрик полагает: «В развивающихся странах трудно найти преуспевающую индустрию, которая бы не была результатом проведения промышленной политики» [1], так называемой industrialpolicy. Именно промышленная политика явилась одним из основных инструментов, применяемых зарубежными странами для изменения облика национальной промышленности и решения структурных проблем.
