The article is devoted to using ABC method for accounting of logistics costs at the enterprises of pulp and paper industry. Fixed costs in the structure of such costs are prevailing. The article considers the advantages and difficulties of using this method for estimating costs of warehousing and transport operations in the decision-making about their transfer to outsourcing. The use of ABC -method for accounting of logistics costs will assess the real effectiveness of outsourcing, as well as allow to focus on your strengths to increase profitability.

В последнее десятилетие предприятия целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности (ЦБП) стали активно использовать приемы логистического аутсорсинга. Принимая во внимание открытые статистические данные, не менее 30% предприятий этой отрасли продолжают внедрять логистический аутсорсинг в текущую деятельность [4]. На аутсорсинг на целлюлозно-бумажных предприятиях переводились различные виды деятельности: в первую очередь, вся непромышленная сфера, ремонт и техническое обслуживание сложного технологического оборудования, проведение маркетинговых исследований, автоматизация систем управления и др.
