Abstract (English):
The work is devoted to widespread disease - infectious mononucleosis. It is established, that along with the classic form of the disease in recent times more and more often in atypical forms causing difficulty for the clinical diagnosis of the disease. Shows the relationship between the clinical manifestations and laboratory information from patients with infectious mononucleosis. Selected options of atypical course of infectious mononucleosis.

Инфекционный мононуклеоз — заболевание, обусловленное вирусом Эпштайн-Барр, характеризуеющееся лихорадкой, генерализованной лимфаденопатией, тонзиллитом, гепатоспленомегалией, характерными изменениями гемограммы. Источником инфекции может быть как больной инфекционным мононуклеозом, так и здоровый человек - вирусоноситель. Большое значение в распространении инфекционного мононуклеоза имеют больные стертыми и абортивными формами.
