Abstract (English):
Odnimi iz naibolee vazhnyh voprosov povysheniya effektivnosti fanernogo proizvodstva yavlyaetsya uvelichenie ob'emnogo vyhoda i kachestva shpona pri luschenii churaka. Ob'emnyy vyhod shpona zavisit ot ryada faktorov takih kak diametry churaka i karandasha i sortnosti syr'ya. Pri odnih i teh zhe znacheniyah paramet-rov kak diametr churaka, ego dlina i sortnost' syr'ya mozhno uvelichit' ob'emnyy vyhod shpona iz churaka za schet umen'sheniya diametra karandasha v vide nedoluschennogo cilindra. V otechestvennom proizvodstve diametr karandasha sostavlyaet obychno 75 - 80 mm i svyazan on, v osnovnom, s sovershenstvom osnascheniya stanka podderzhivayuschimi churak ustroystvami v processe ego luscheniya (podderzhivayuschimi rolikami), prepyatstvuyuschimi vibracii churaka, a takzhe s diametrom zazhimnyh kulachkov. V otechestvennoy promyshlennosti ispol'zuyutsya v osnovnom takie modeli stankov kak LU 17-4, LU 17-10, 2NV-66, 3VKKT-66 i nekotorye drugie, pozvolyayuschie proizvodit' luschenie churaka dlinoy 1,65 m s polucheniem karandasha ukazannogo vyshe diametra. V nastoyaschee vremya Kitay, Germaniya proizvodyat i postavlyayut v razlichnye strany besshpindel'nye luschil'nye stanki s polucheniem diametra karandasha 40 mm (modeli BXQ(J)1820, BXQ(J)1827, SL2600/5B i dr.). Oni prednaznacheny dlya doluschivaniya shpona posle ocilindrovki churaka na luschil'nom stanke, kotorye pokazali svoyu effektivnost' na praktike. Kachestvo shpona pri luschenii churaka opredelyaetsya v osnovnom raznotolschinnost'yu i sherohovatost'yu ego poverhnosti. Eti dva parametra v bol'shoy mere zavisyat ot stepeni obzhima shpona (g,%), chto ne pozvolyaet rasprostranyat'sya operezhayuschey treschine pri luschenii shpona. Stepen' obzhima shpona zavisit ot tolschiny shpona (Ssh , mm) i velichiny prosveta (So, mm) mezhdu rezhuschey kromkoy luschil'nogo nozha i nazhimnoy kromkoy prizhimnoy lineyki, kotoruyu ustanavlivaet na stanke luschil'schik. Cel' raboty sostoyala v dokazatel'stve effektivnosti ispol'zovaniya v tehnologii fanery besshpindel'nyh lushil'nyh stankov za schet vozmozhnosti polucheniya diametra karandasha, ravnogo 40 mm, chto pozvolyaet uvelichit' kolichestvo poluchaemogo shpona, a takzhe v poluchenii analiticheskih zavisimostey opredeleniya velichiny prosveta mezhdu rezhuschey kromkoy luschil'nogo nozha i nazhimnoy kromkoy prizhimnoy lineyki, uproschayuschih rabotu luschil'schika.
