IMPROVING THE EFFICIENCY OF THE WORKING PROCESS OF FOREST FIRE SOIL THROWING MACHINE WITH HYDRAULIC ROTOR

Abstract (English):
Dlya profilaktiki i tusheniya lesnyh pozharov primenyayutsya polosoprokladovateli i gruntomety s frezernymi rabochimi organami. Privod frezernyh rabochih organov gruntometa predlagaetsya osuschestvlyat' ot gidromotora, tak kak pri mehanicheskom privode cherez reduktor i kardannuyu peredachu voznikayut bol'shie dinamicheskie nagruzki i snizhaetsya manevrennost' agregata. Pri peregruzkah gidroprivoda energiya pogloschaetsya gidroakkumulyatorom i sokraschaetsya kolichestvo srabatyvaniy predohranitel'nyh klapanov gidromotora. Pri polnost'yu zaryazhennom gidroakkumulyatore nasos polnost'yu razgruzhaetsya, i pitanie gidrosistemy osuschestvlyaetsya ot pnevmogidravlicheskogo akkumulyatora, kotoryy pri neobhodimosti budet operativno podzaryazhat'sya gidronasosom. V dannoy rabote proveden analiz polevyh issledovaniy eksperimental'nogo obrazca lesopozharnoy gruntometatel'noy mashiny c energosberegayuschim gidroprivodom i postroennyh na ego osnove zavisimostey. Opredeleny optimal'nye znacheniya tehnologicheskih parametrov rabochih organov lesopozharnoy gruntometatel'noy mashiny energosberegayuschim gidroprivodom. Opredeleny tehnologicheskie parametry razrabotannoy konstrukcii: chastota vrascheniya rotora ω = 8…9 s-1, velichina zaglubleniya kozhuha-ryhlitelya hr = 25…30 sm, skorost' dvizheniya agregata, ʋa = 0,8…0,9 m/s, a ugol otkloneniya lopatok α = 120°. Vyyavleno, chto primenenie energosberegayuschego gidroprivoda rotora pozvolyaet uvelichit' nadezhnost' za schet obespecheniya zaschity frezernogo rabochego organa ot udarov o prepyatstviya i povysit' effektivnost' raboty agregata v usloviyah gruntov, nasyschennyh kornyami drevesno-kustarnikovoy rastitel'nosti i uplotnennyh svyaznyh pochv.
