It is determined that the ecological and eco-nomic functions of the restored lands are quite varied, as far as in the conditions of technogenic landscapes the specific bioinert new forma-tion is formed in which physical and chemical properties of soil, microbiological and enzy-matic activity of arable layer and other factors constitute the level of ecological and economic points. It is proved that agricultural reclamation should be directed to create arable land as agricultural lands are usually withdrawn under mining.
